Associação Turismo de Cascais is an private association, responsible for the international promotion of Cascais touristic products.
These terms and conditions will come into force after its publication and the User’s access and/or use of the Website.
By using our Website, the User agrees with these Terms of Use. If the User does not accept the present terms, it shall not use the Website.
Our services are diversified, which means that additional terms of use or additional requirements can be applicable. The additional terms of use will be available, jointly, with the respective services, becoming part of the contract between the User and Associação Turismo de Cascais.
Substance
This website is a technology platform that allows the User to order the available contents, according to his/her preferences.
Apart from this functionality, it is also permitted the Users’ Registration and Login. The registration can be performed by filing the fields concerning user personal information or also via Facebook or Google +.
Registered Users are allowed to associate articles, products and resources to "Favourites" for later access. The "Favourites" are stored in the database of the Associação Turismo de Cascais, along with the data of the respective User.
The User is provided with the possibility of creating an Album with Instagram photos through “Visit Cascais My Album” Application that provides registered Users the possibility to create customized albums of their trip through Cascais using Instagram photos and videos.
Registered Users can also create a "Planner" for their own trip to Cascais based on the articles, resources and products they have added to their favorites.
Through this feature, Users can still have access to the costs of each resource and the extra costs in order to get an overview of the total cost of the trip.
Use of the Website
The User must follow all policies that are available in the Services.
The User enjoys full freedom to use the Website if he/she complies with these Terms of Use, in particular, as regards copyright and industrial property.
Users are solely responsible for their use of the content contained on the Site.
The following activities may not be pursued:
1. Activities that violate the rights of the Associação de Turismo de Cascais;
2. Use of a false identity or concealment of identity;
3. Illegal activity, such as the use of information in the sense of physical offenses to other individuals;
